Great service. I got a great deal for an oil change on Groupon, and they had my car done pretty quickly. Friendly and trustworthy staff.

Jamie and the gang do a good job, and no one can touch their prices. But even more important, they stand by their work and will bend over backwards to make things right when you're not satisfied. With two 15 year old cars that each have 240,000 miles on them, Jamie and I get a lot of face time. I expect to get 300,000 out of them, and with Jamie's help I don't see a problem doing so. And I'm much happier supporting good local businesses than shelling out car payments to a bank.

Repair work seemed ok. Front counter customer service is horrible. They left my car unlocked and then when I complained the "owners son" who is "manager" of the store proceeded to roll his eyes at me and basically say I was being unreasonable to expect that my car be locked at all times. I have valuables in my car and I'm pretty sure they have signs posted saying they are not responsible for break in and vandalism. But they seem to think it is ok if they leave your vehicle unlocked. This completely shows their attitude toward their customers and how they are not respectful of your property. I expect absolute care and responsible behavior when I leave my car at a repair shop. I will never go back there again.

They did and outstanding job towing my car to Columbia Hyundai. They were on time and did an excellent job communicating all aspects of the tow. They were very professional and their fee was very reasonable!

My family started using Day Heights Auto Service when we moved to Milford about 15 years ago. Every experience has been great and now DHAS is the only place I will take my car. They are always busy yet seem to finish my car faster than I expected. Jamie is great on the phone and in person and always provides the best customer service. I never feel like Jamie is trying to sell me on maintenance that seems unnecessary, and he is always up front about issues or estimates on when the car will be finished. I never feel like I’m being swindled. The pricing always seems reasonable to me, even to the point where I know other car places would have charged me for things that DHAS didn’t make me pay for. I have heard a lot of good things about DHAS from other people as well. I’m not a car buff at all but have run across people who work on cars themselves and DHAS is the only place they will take their cars, so I think that’s a very good sign. I don’t hardly ever write reviews but this place definitely deserves a good one. I highly suggest taking your car to Day Heights Auto Service.

Getting your car worked on can be a stressful experience. I personally always worry about what other "problems" will suddenly be discovered that will require even more time and money to fix. This doesn't happen at Day Heights Auto. I know that when I bring my car in for a needed repair they'll tell me what needs to be done with no sales tactics. I can't say enough about this. They may not always have the advertised low prices that bring customers in like the big box auto shops but for a hassle free service experience they are the place to go.
